  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return once the item is delivered (see the Return Policy below).

  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: For successfully cancelled orders, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

2. Return Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, please review our guidelines below:

  • Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return, including clearance items, customized products, or items marked as final sale. If an item is non-returnable, it will be specified at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if items show signs of use or if any components are missing from the return package.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (following the Return Policy above) and place a new order.
